Welcome to TaxoneWay. These terms govern your access to our platform located at TaxoneWay.com ('we', 'us', 'our'). By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We offer streamlined tax filing and refund services tailored for individuals and businesses seeking efficient preparation and submission of official documents.

All fees must be paid in full before commencement of any service. Once processing of filings has begun, fees are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of official submissions and to preserve data integrity.

Clients may request transfer of a scheduled service up to 48 hours before its start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur adjustment in fees based on the new schedule.

2. Information Products

We provide guides, templates, and digital materials for self-preparation of documents. Purchases of these products may be canceled within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. After this period, purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request cancellation or transfer, submit a request via Contact Form. Approved cancellations will be reimbursed within 10 days.

3. Physical Goods

Our printed organizers and related items may be exchanged or replaced if defective within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, contact our team through Contact Form. Replacement shipments will be sent at no additional cost. Custom printed items are final sale and ineligible for reimbursement unless damaged.

4. Refund Policy

General Refund Terms: Fees for service engagements and products are eligible for reimbursement only under the conditions outlined above.

Completed service filings are final and fees are non-refundable. Partial processing does not qualify for any reimbursement once data has been submitted to official channels.

Approved reimbursements will be issued to the original purchase method within 10 days of approval. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement may be made upon mutual agreement.

Service Transfer Option: Clients may opt to reschedule engagements at no extra cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original date. This option does not apply to information products or goods.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon posting at TaxoneWay.com. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
